Returns Policy
We are committed to compliance with all laws and regulations, including the Competition and Consumer Act and Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not exclude or modify the statutory rights or liability of any party.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Return To Sender Parcels
If your order is returned to us, it is your responsibility to contact us (please refer to your tracking details for updates) We will provide the option of redelivery with an additional shipping charge, or a discounted new order, depending on the circumstances. If we don’t hear from you, your order will be disposed of after 14 days and no refund will be issued. However, if your order contains non-perishable items, we will refund the cost of those items minus any shipping costs.
Damaged Goods
If you notice any damage to your goods please let us know at the time of delivery by emailing us at community@espressoclub.coffee. We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods at this time.
Faulty Goods
If your goods are deemed faulty within their Warranty Period, we will facilitate Warranty Replacement or Repair though the manufacturer.
