01. Completing the Water Hardness Test
A super important step for any coffee machine; please make sure to do this so you don't encounter issues down the track.
If you find that the descaling light is illuminated when your machine is new or in your first 4 months of using it, this may be because the machine hasn't been set up for water hardness correctly, simply repeat the process outlined in this video.
